Welcome to AIDORA LABS. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (aidoralabs.in), our SaaS software products (including GrowthLens AI), and our professional custom software development and AI engineering services.

By accessing our website, using our software, booking consultations, or executing a project Statement of Work (SOW), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

1. Engagement Models & Service Delivery

Aidora Labs delivers digital products, AI automation pipelines, and custom software systems under the following structured engagement models:

• Fixed-Scope Sprint Engagements: Scoped deliverables (e.g., custom web applications, SaaS MVPs, workflow automation systems, or API integrations) executed under a committed sprint timeline. Deliverables, technical architecture, timeline milestones, and fees are defined in an agreed Statement of Work (SOW).
• Dedicated Engineering Retainers:Ongoing technical capacity provided in bi-weekly or monthly blocks, acting as an extension of the client’s engineering team for feature development, cloud infrastructure management, and continuous optimization.
• GrowthLens AI SaaS: Web-based website intelligence, SEO diagnostics, and growth analytics software accessible via self-service subscription or diagnostic audit plans.

2. Client Responsibilities & Cooperation

To maintain our delivery speed and high-quality outcomes, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project specifications, brand assets, and operational requirements in a timely manner.
• Provide necessary access credentials (e.g., staging environments, third-party API keys, domain DNS) required for development and deployment.
• Review milestone deliveries and provide consolidated feedback within 3 business days of milestone completion.

3. GrowthLens AI SaaS Terms & Acceptable Use

When utilizing GrowthLens AI:

• Permitted Use: You may use GrowthLens AI to audit, monitor, and analyze website properties that you own or are expressly authorized to manage.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, abuse rate limits, or disrupt the operation of GrowthLens AI or its underlying serverless APIs.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens and provider API keys.

4. AI-Generated Recommendations Disclaimer

GrowthLens AI and Aidora Labs leverage automated machine learning models and large language model (LLM) APIs to evaluate search data, speed metrics, and growth opportunities:

• Advisory Nature: All AI-generated suggestions, keyword opportunities, audit scores, and action plans are provided for analytical and informational purposes only.
• No Performance Guarantees: Aidora Labs does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, keyword positions, traffic volumes, lead conversions, or financial returns. Search algorithms and market conditions remain subject to third-party engine parameters beyond our direct control.

5. Fees, Invoicing & Payment Schedules

Fees and payment terms are agreed upon prior to project commencement:

• Custom Project Sprints: Payments are structured across milestone stages (deposit, milestone completion, production sign-off). Work commences upon receipt of the agreed deposit.
• Retainer Subscriptions: Billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis with net-7 payment terms.
• Third-Party Expenses: Clients are directly responsible for third-party cloud hosting fees, domain registrations, external API consumption charges (e.g., OpenAI or Cloudflare fees), and payment gateway processing fees unless explicitly bundled into the SOW.
• Refunds & Cancellations: Cancellation terms and refund eligibility rules are detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to treat all business plans, customer records, database schema details, proprietary codebases, and credentials exchanged during an engagement as strictly Confidential Information. Aidora Labs signs mutual NDAs upon request prior to project kick-off.

7. Service Availability & Support SLAs

Every custom development sprint includes 30 days of active post-launch bug fixing and support covering any defects within the original scope. For ongoing support after 30 days, clients may transition to our monthly maintenance retainer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Aidora Labs, its directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services) arising out of or related to your use of our website, software products, or engineering deliverables.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific deliverable or subscription giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any project SOW shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
